These terms govern the use of this website and the services We MicroSaaS provides. Every project also gets its own written agreement with the exact scope, price, and timeline. Where that agreement and this page differ, the written agreement wins.

The Demo Sprint

The demo is free and carries no obligation for either side. We build it based on one call, it remains a demonstration rather than production software, and if it misses the mark you owe nothing and we part as friends.

Quotes and changes

Project prices are fixed in writing before building starts. The price does not change unless you approve a change in scope, also in writing. Weekly progress updates are part of every project.

Ownership

When a project is paid for, you own it: the code lives in a repository under your ownership, the systems run in accounts you control, and your data is yours. We may reuse general techniques and non-client-specific building blocks across projects, which is how we keep prices low.

Care plans

Care plans are billed monthly and cover what their published descriptions say. Improvement hours do not roll over between months. You can change tier with effect from the next billing month.

Cancellation and handover

Any care plan can be canceled with 30 days' written notice. On cancellation you receive the full handover pack: the code repository, every credential, plain-language documentation, and a recorded walkthrough. We keep no hold over your system.

What we promise, and the limits

We build carefully, test before shipping, and fix defects in work we delivered at our own cost. Beyond that, services are provided without further warranties, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the work the claim relates to. We are not liable for indirect losses such as lost profits.

Acceptable use

We do not build systems intended to deceive, spam, or harm people, and we decline projects that require it.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and any dispute that cannot be resolved between us in good faith falls under the jurisdiction of the courts of India. Project agreements may specify a different governing law where both sides agree in writing.

Changes to these terms

If these terms change, the date above changes with them. Changes never apply retroactively to a signed project agreement.
