This policy explains what information We MicroSaaS collects, why we collect it, and the choices you have. It is written in plain language on purpose. If anything is unclear, write to us at hello@wemicrosaas.com and we will explain it.
What we collect
- Contact form and email. When you book a call or write to us, we receive the name, email address, and message you send. We use it to reply and to prepare for the call. Nothing else.
- Project information. If we work together, we receive the information needed to build your software, such as descriptions of your processes, example spreadsheets, and access you choose to grant.
Our website does not use advertising trackers and does not show cookie banners because it does not set marketing cookies.
What we do with it
- Reply to you and provide the services you asked for.
- Prepare demos and quotes you requested.
- Keep basic records that the law requires, such as invoices.
We do not sell your information. We do not share it with anyone except the service providers needed to run our business, such as email and hosting providers, and only to the extent needed.
Client project data
Systems we build run in accounts you own, and your business data lives in those accounts. You choose where it is hosted. We access it only to build, fix, and improve your system.
We do not use client data to train public AI models. Where AI tools are used during a build, they are configured so that your data is not retained for training by the provider.
How long we keep things
Inquiry emails are kept while the conversation is live and for a reasonable period afterwards. Project records are kept for the life of the engagement plus the period required for tax and legal records. If you want something deleted sooner, ask and we will delete it unless the law requires us to keep it.
Your rights
You can ask us at any time to show you the information we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. Email hello@wemicrosaas.com and we will respond within a reasonable time. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under laws such as the GDPR, and we honor them.
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy, the date at the top changes with it. Significant changes will be noted plainly, not buried.
