Where answers come from

shipping-policy.pdf
orders-faq.md

Every answer cites its source document. When the assistant is not sure, it hands the conversation to a human.

You have been burned before.

Freelancers who vanish mid-project. Agencies that charge enterprise prices and move at enterprise speed. We built this company for people tired of both.

The freelancer problem

One person, no backup, no process. The project stalls when they get busy, and you find out the code was held together with tape.

The agency problem

Layers of account managers between you and the person doing the work. Every change request costs a meeting, an invoice, and a month.

What you actually want

A small technical team that answers directly, shows working software fast, and sticks around after launch. That is the whole company.

The past

Spreadsheets, sticky notes, and someone's memory.

Every number typed by hand. Every update chased on a phone call. It works, until the day it does not.

The breaking point

Manual work does not scale. It multiplies.

Copies drift apart. Totals disagree. Nobody is sure which version is true anymore.

The turn

We connect it into one system.

One source of truth. Data moves between your tools on its own, and every step leaves a record.

The future

Organized. Connected. Predictable.

You see everything live. The system does the remembering, and it never calls in sick.

Start the move

Pick your problem. Here is what we build for it.

The problems we hear most often, and what we build to fix them. Filter by the kind of business you run, or just scan for the one that sounds like your Monday.

Yours is not here? That is normal. Most projects start as "we have this weird thing nobody else has." Describe it

How we work. No surprises.

Four steps. You see working software before you spend serious money, and you approve every direction before we build it.

Start with step one
01

Deep discovery

We start with hard questions. What does this cost you today? Who touches this process? What happens if we build nothing? If a project does not make sense, we say so in this call, not after the invoice.

02

Working demo in days

We do not send proposals with stock photos. We build a real working demo of the core idea within 5 business days, free, and put it in your hands. You judge actual software, not promises.

03

You pick the direction

You tell us what to keep, change, or cut. Only approved work gets built. There is no "while we were in there" billing. You always know what is being built and why.

04

Delivery, then we stay

We ship it, hand over the code and documentation, and keep it running for a small monthly fee: servers, updates, monitoring, fixes. Cancel with 30 days' notice and everything is still yours.

Why now

The math changed.

For twenty years, custom software belonged to corporations. Everyone else got spreadsheets and duct tape. That just ended.

Then
Six figures and a year

The old agency model: a big team, a long discovery phase, and a system you see for the first time at the end.

Now
From $2,000 and weeks

A small senior team building with AI, showing you working software from day five.

There was a year when a website was optional. Then there was not. Custom software just crossed the same line, and the businesses that notice first will run ahead of the ones that notice late.

We do not ask you to believe any of this. We ask for 30 minutes, then put a working demo of your own tool in your hands, free.

See yours working

One project fee. One small retainer.

Real numbers, published. Exact fixed quotes come after the free demo, and nothing changes without your written sign-off.

Step zero is free

The Demo Sprint

One 30-minute call about your problem. Then a working demo in your hands within 5 business days, free. If the demo misses, you owe nothing. If you like it, you get a fixed quote to build the real thing.

Bigger systems cost more, and you will know exactly how much before we build. The monthly run cost is hosting plus the care plan that fits the system. Hosting and AI usage are passed through at cost, never marked up.

Keep it running. Pick your level of care.

Care

Cancel with 30 days' notice, keep everything

Cancel any plan with 30 days' notice. We hand over code, credentials, documentation, and a walkthrough for whoever takes over. No hostage situations.

Why "from" prices?

A three-chair clinic and a thirty-truck fleet need different systems. The demo makes your exact scope obvious, and the quote is fixed in writing before any building starts.

The things agencies usually keep vague, written down where you can hold us to them.

Your servers, your choice

Everything runs in accounts you own. We recommend a simple setup, usually $15 to $40 a month, and set it up for you. Already have AWS, Hetzner, or a server you trust? We deploy there instead. Your data lives in the EU, the US, or any corner of the world you point at.

Hosting at cost. No markup.

You pay the hosting company directly, or we pass the bill through at cost. Same for AI usage. Our income is the build and the care plan, never a margin on someone else's servers.

The handover pack

If you cancel, this is exactly what you receive:

  • The code repository, in your account
  • Every credential and admin access
  • Documentation in plain language
  • A recorded walkthrough video for your next team

The weekly update

Sample

Week 3 of 5, booking system.

Done: deposit payments live and tested. Reminder texts sending on schedule.

Next: the cancellation flow and your dashboard.

Needs your eyes: two wording options for the reminder text, in your inbox.

Budget: on track. No scope changes.

Every project gets one of these, every week. No jargon, no surprises.

When you should not hire us

  • Your need is standard. Scheduling, invoicing, help desk: buy Jobber, Calendly, or Zendesk. Custom software for a solved problem wastes your money.
  • You are still testing the idea. Mock it in a no-code or AI builder first and show ten customers. Come back when they say yes.
  • The spreadsheet has never caused a real incident. Then keep the spreadsheet. Genuinely.
  • A rented, off-the-shelf AI receptionist covers everything you need. We will say so on the call and point you to a good one.

If none of these are you, the free demo is waiting. Request yours

New company. Old-fashioned accountability.

We do not have a wall of logos yet. So we remove your risk in ways established agencies will not.

Demo before you commit

A working demo, free, within 5 business days. You judge real software, not slides. If the demo misses, you owe us nothing.

You own the code

The repository is yours. The accounts are yours. It is in the contract. Any competent developer could pick up where we left off, because we document as we build.

Cancel with 30 days' notice, keep everything

The retainer is not a leash. Give 30 days' notice, and we hand over everything: code, credentials, documentation, and a walkthrough for your next team.

Fixed price in writing

You get one number, in writing, before the build starts. It does not move unless you approve a scope change first, also in writing. No hourly meters, no surprise line items.

See the work as it happens

You get access to the project as we build: the task board, the weekly progress note in plain English, and the demo environment. You never wonder what is happening with your money.

We would rather earn trust by exposing ourselves to scrutiny than by decorating this page with logos we have not earned.

How we think

Most software projects fail between the proposal and the invoice.

So we flipped the order. The demo comes first.

You watch it work. You pick the direction. Then we build.

And when it ships, we stay to run it.

Questions a skeptic should ask.

Straight answers. If yours is not here, ask it on the call. We do not mind hard questions, our process starts with them.

What does a project actually cost?
Starting prices are published in the pricing section: assistants from $2,500, internal tools from $2,000, MVPs from $5,000, and care plans from $149 a month. Your exact quote is fixed and in writing after the free demo, and nothing gets billed beyond it without your written approval. If the number does not work for you, you walk away having lost 30 minutes and gained a demo.
How long until I have something working?
You see a working demo within days of the discovery call. Full delivery depends on what you approve after the demo, but our projects run in weeks, not quarters. We can give honest timelines because we build with a small senior team and use AI tooling to move fast, then verify everything by hand.
Who owns the code and the data?
You do. Full stop. The code is in a repository under your ownership, the data lives in accounts you control, and it is written into the contract. If we part ways tomorrow, you keep everything and any competent developer can pick it up, because we document as we go.
What if I do not like what you build?
That is exactly why the demo comes before the commitment. If the demo misses, you have not paid for a build. During the build, you review progress weekly and course-correct early, so there is no big reveal at the end. We only build what you approved. If we get something wrong against the agreed scope, we fix it at our cost.
What happens after launch? What if it breaks on a Monday morning?
That is what the monthly retainer covers: hosting, monitoring, security updates, and fixes. We watch the systems we run, which usually means we see problems before you do. If you would rather have your own people run it, that is fine too. We hand over documentation and do a proper transfer.
Is my company data safe with AI? Does it train public models?
No. Your documents are not used to train public models. We use business-grade AI services under agreements that exclude training on your data, or private deployments where the project calls for it. Access is restricted by role, and we will walk you through exactly where your data lives and who can touch it, in plain language, before anything is connected.
I am a founder with an idea, not a business. Is this for me?
Yes. An MVP goes through the same process as everything else we build: hard questions first, a working demo in days, a fixed price for a scoped first version, and everything owned by you from day one. We will also be honest in the first call if the idea cannot be built well in weeks, or if you should validate it without custom software first. That advice is free.
Do you only build those four things?
The four are capabilities, not a menu. The use cases above show the range: booking systems, quoting tools, client portals, document readers, dashboards, assistants, MVPs. If it is software for a real business problem, it almost certainly fits. If it does not, we say so on the call instead of taking the project.

A note from the founders.

We are a new company. Here is why that works in your favor.

We started We MicroSaaS after years of watching the same thing happen: good businesses running on spreadsheets and somebody's memory, because proper software cost too much and took too long. That stopped being true. We built this company around the moment it stopped.

We will be straight with you: we are new. You will not find a wall of client logos here, and we will not fake one. What you will find is a team that has to earn every single project with working software you can judge with your own eyes, before you pay anything.

We use AI heavily, and we use it openly. It makes strong engineers faster. It does not replace knowing what you are doing, and everything that ships is reviewed and tested by a human who does.

We keep the company small on purpose. When you call, an engineer answers. When something breaks, the person who built it fixes it. That is the whole pitch.
